Batwara user guide
A partition goes step by step, from the plot to the stones. Here is each step, and where to find the rest.
Three tabs
- Partitions: each partition with its plan and the step it has reached. Start a partition, or New partition, opens a new one.
- Plots: your measured plots, and the lots of each partition saved under the heir's name.
- Tools: Enter measured lengths, Add a plan or a drone photo, Go to coordinates and the Unit converter.
Five steps
A partition goes through Land, Heirs, Lines, Papers and Stones. You can go back to any step: the lots, the deed and the stones follow.
The guide
- Land: the plot to divide — Where the plot comes from, and what it records.
- Heirs: who gets what — Each heir's name and share, typed or calculated by law.
- Lines: how the plot is cut — The road, the way to cut, and the strip that stays shared.
- Value of the land — Zones of different value, and the two ways to share them fairly.
- Papers: the deed and the extracts — Everything the family needs to discuss and sign the division.
- Stones: planting the boundary stones — Each stone, the way to it, and what is already in the ground.
- My data — Where your partitions live, and how to keep them.
Settings
The gear on Partitions opens the Settings: the Area unit, Composite display, the Coordinate format, My data, and Replay the guided tour.
