Value of the land

Zones of different value, and the two ways to share them fairly.

The zones

At the Land step, under Value of the land: Draw a zone (tap its corners, then Done) or Split by a line, give it a Zone name, a price per unit of area or a total value, and a price for the Rest of the plot. The Total value appears below.

The two modes

• Share by value: lots of equal worth (smaller where the land is dearer).
• Share by area, then equalise in cash (owelty): the Owelty payments appear at the Papers step and on the deed.
