The partition deed
At the Papers step, the Partition deed brings together the plan with every lot in its colour, the parcel number, the line “gross area − pond − path = area shared”, the law behind the shares, the table of heirs with share, area, frontage and value, the boundary stones, any owelty payments, and room to sign for each heir and two witnesses. Pages break by content, so the signatures are never cut off. Share the PDF sends it.
One extract per heir
Each heir gets their own lot on the map, the length and bearing of every side, its corners, its area and their signature line; Send shares it. Shares can be written as a fraction, a percentage, in annas or in qirats (Share notation). Each lot is also saved as its own plot in the Plots tab.
The deed prepares a fair division and its discussion; it is not a registered document. Have the final partition checked by a surveyor before registration.
