The plot cut so that every lot reaches the road

Every lot on the road

At the Lines step, tap the side of the plot that runs along the Road. With Every lot on the road, the cuts run away from the road, so nobody's lot is shut in behind a brother's, and each lot shows its road frontage. If a lot cannot reach the road, the app names the heir instead of drawing it. No road? Choose No road.

Other ways to cut

  • Strips along a side, when the land is narrow and deep.
  • Parallel to a drawn line: tap the map twice to draw it.
  • Exactly on the line, when a bund already marks the boundary between two heirs.
  • Start from the other end turns the order of the lots around.

Each lot in one piece, on the net area

A Common path is taken out first and stays shared by all: give its width and the side it runs along. A pond, a well or a house drawn inside the plot is left out, and every share is counted on what remains. If a cut would leave a lot in two parts, the app names the heir and suggests another direction. Up to twelve heirs.
